Standard shipping is free for all orders shipped within the Continental U.S.; all other orders--expedited orders, international orders, or overnighting--costs extra and is billed separately.
Shipping Options
Standard Shippping is usually USPS Priority, UPS, FedFex or DHL for all orders except 12 Packs (per flavor). We can do overnight delivery (Expedited Shipping), but this is not included in the price. Expedited Shipping fee is added as a separate item on your order. If you order multiples of 12 packs of one flavor, you get the best shipping price direct from the manufacturer through UPS Ground.
International Orders
To place an international order, you must call toll free 1-866-478-7215 or send an e-mail request to iakarhu@gmail.com complete with 2 sets of the following information:
1. Biller Name, Address, Phone #, E-mail address
2. Shipping Name, Address, Phone #, e-mail address
3. Use Paypal to place your order and add an additional $39 shipping Fee through Paypal.
Return Policy
No returns without manufacturer approval. All returns must be given a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly marked on the outer package of all return shipments.
Damages in Transit
All damages in transit must be filed with the delivering carrier.
Shipment Inspection
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and note any damage on the bill of lading. Failure to do so will severely limit your ability to file a claim and receive reimbursement from the carrier.
